This training was very important for us .It gives us thought for right direction of work and make me realize the importance of small things of our job,it helps us understand what we have done in past and what should not we do in future.its make me more motivated to our job . Now we are more serious about our stakeholders and upcoming batches.
    We are very thankful to our seniors who adds there great value in our training.
    Now its time to implement the transformation of past days .

  5. Training:- A Organized activity aimed at imparting information and/orinstructions to improve the recipient's performance or to help him or her attain a required level of knowledge or skill

    Learning is in many ways a better way to think of the subject, because learning 'belongs' to the learner, whereas training traditionally 'belongs' to the trainer or the organization. Training should be about whole person development - Not just transferring skills, the traditional interpretation of training at work.

    So i just want to say that trainings helps a lot

  6. NE internal team meet was an enriching experience to understand the mindset of other team members in the region. It provided opportunnity to mingle with old and new team members in the region and share with one another their ideas and learnings. It was good to see that each of the team member has taken it in very positive attitude to encourage themselves for new learnign and also to collaborate with each other for each other professional development.

    The North – East Internal training is a great experience for me this Internal Training had been well planned with structured activities and the time line. I thank for providing a great opportunity to learn 4.1 Essentials, GSC and PLTF in depth and having set a vision in our mind to set our training paths. The training has been great values add to me I am sure bye the end of the training I will take back a systematic for training and implementation. Thanks to seniors and new team members.

  9. i am agree with all that this training program give us in-depth knowledge of various curriculum's i.e. Intel Teach Essentials 4.1, GSC, PLTF,and PBA. Now we need to equip ourself on these curriculum to deliver quality trainings at ground.

  12. In the training of intel teach program 4.1 essentials we learn to create Project portfolio which consist of lesson plan with objectives of student learning. We learn about how design CFQ i.e essential, unit & content questions & the rubric evaluation scheme on the basis of which we can evaaluate that how technology is used or integrated into lesson plan. we have learn that we should not violate copyright laws & how to make fair use of those laws. We also get an idea to make student presentation & teacher presentation & how we can make an project success or implemented that is included in implementation plan. We also learn about high order thinking platform according to blooms taxanomy. We also learn about 21st centuary skill which are used for betterment or improving teaching learning process.
    In getting started we learn how to pair & share. we learn to make presentation(Multimedia), use of internet resources, Student publication, student publication, Student web site, create student (newsletter & Broucher), Student support material, teacher support material, Spread sheet, wordprocessor, student grade book.
    In enhancement exercise workbook we practice various activities on the various modules told by our seniors.

FIRST, DETERMINE THE CURRICULUM; THAT IS, WHAT THE CHILDREN WILL LEARN WHAT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DO UPON COMPLETING THE ACTIVITIES OR WORK OF THE LESSON.     GSC HELPS US TO IDENTIFY THE VARIOUS 21ST CENTURY SKILLS LIKE ADAPTABILITY, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, CRITICAL THINKING, INFORMATION AND MEDIA LITERACY SKILLS, ETC. GSC FOCUS TO PROMOTE STUDENT CENTRIC APPROACHES TO MAKE CLASS ROOM LEARNING EFFECTIVELY. CURRICULUM FOCUS ON ENGAGE STUDENTS ON HIGH ORDER THINKING BY PROMOTES EFFECTIVE AND APPROPRIATE QUESTIONING SKILLS.   15. Project Based Learning- Developing Project Ideas
    GRATSP helps us to develop a feasible project idea with a clear visible. When we develop a project idea on the basis of GRATSP then only we are able to understand what is our goal behind this project idea, what role we need to play to achieve the desired goal. What kind of task we need to do to achieve the desired goal. What is the best possible solution which helps us to achieve the goal and at the end what would we achieve.

    So GRATSP method is a very good tool. it is a step- by- step guide on how we develope project idea and what we need to do and what we will achieve.

By going through blooms taxonomy, we came about six level description of thinking such as knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, evaluation which helps in developing units also understand the verbs based on taxonomy and how it increases high order thinking skills among students.

    Exercise of “Top discoveries and inventions” explored the relationship between questions teachers can ask and level of thinking required by students and how questioning can increase high order thinking skills.

    We came to know that Curriculum framing question are important components of Intel teach to the future lesson plan. It is composed of Essential question and unit question .Essential questions are question that encourage students use higher level thinking skills .Unit question are also open ended questions. They differ from EQ in the sense that they are topic specific. These questions are not confined to one subject it covers mass no. of subjects and issues. Content questions are those that require students to answer fact based ,concrete question that have a narrow set of correct answer.
    Essentials and unit questions drive strategies of entire project portfolio.

    Exercise in which we developed essential unit and content question were helpful as they increased our skills for critical thinking and by its reference we can facilitate our teachers when they develop CFQ.

    We have understand the importance of reflection log which helps one to evaluate the process of learning. based on evaluation we can make necessary changes in the process of learning and teaching in various steps of training program.

    We also developed a project portfolio folders and subfolders. It helps us to manage and organize our works and completed samples .It also gives the ability to organize our files in computer and easy on- time accessibility .

    By exploring lesson plan template we came to know about the framework for creating lesson plan and its component.

    Project portfolio evaluation scheme is for us to develop our project according to it. It helps us to know how to evaluate projects.

    Creating of project portfolio gives us clear understanding of our concepts for developing lesson plan ,student support material, teachers support material and assessment procedure .and we can help teachers more clearly on this concept

It is wonderful tool which gives us clear visibility about our Goal- our objective to attain ,Role- what should we act or which role to play to reach our objective, Audience-For whom we are playing or we want to spread the message to whom our targeted people, Task- what things we should do to achieve our task, Solution- what are the possible solution we should achieve our target goal, Product- At the end what we have achieved.

  19. We came to know about importance of work cited documents and its requirement in creating a lesson plan.
    We got have understanding how to prepare scaffolds as a student support document and creating of different type of scaffolds as per our requirements.

    By exploring the Program CD we came to know about many other project portfolios and taking ideas from them.

  20. For Getting started course we are now very clear about the goals and know how to make teachers understand about its objectives like 21st century student centered approaches, how to promote higher order analysis, synthesis and evaluation and situation of classrooms to collaborate with another.
    Cycle of planning, doing ,reviewing and sharing help think critically and collaborate meaningfully.
    Working with word processors spread sheets and multimedia help teachers to know about basic computer skills and it increase there productivity by creating many tools.
    It develops strategies for promoting the skills of listening and speaking ,giving directions observing and monitoring ,questioning ,encouraging and intervening.
    And process of accepting changes. It helps teachers to use facilitation skills that they use with students.

    Developing an Action plan that outlines the steps that will take to change classroom practices based on what they have learned in this course enables teachers to put in presentation what they plan to do.

  22. PLTF session is very useful because principal are key leaders of schools and they can initiate any changes in schools. This session gives us understanding how to motivate principals ,share there ideas among them and show them the positive side of this change.

  23. Recap of our SOP’s and Trainer code of conduct help us to correct reporting format and make us organize at our work and also focus on the immense need of discipline in training and dealing with our stakeholders.

    The pair and share work that we have done during training is very important .we came to know about many ideas how to facilitate discussion in class and got the valuable feedbacks.
